Reminder letters are not being sent out in order to maximise efficiency and save costs to the NHS. Instead, we are sending text messages and emails, so please ensure you keep us up-to-date with your current contact details.
General information about flu can be found here. It is important to note that antibiotics cannot be used for flu as it is caused by a virus and not by bacteria.
A new system of extracting patient medical information, from GP surgeries, has been proposed by the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) and NHS England on behalf of the NHS.
The data to be extracted from GP systems for the 'care.data' service includes personal confidential data such as date of birth, postcode, NHS number and gender, all required by the HSCIC.

We Believe in Excellent Patient Service.
Where you feel you have received excellent service, please feel free to let me know. Its human nature to complain more readily than to make a compliment!
Where you feel you have received poor service, it’s important to let me know who let you down and why. All staff wear name badges and announce their names when answering phone calls.
I look forward to hearing your feedback.
Chris Maude, Practice Manager
