Please help the clinics go smoothly by removing coats and sweaters before seeing the nurse, as it saves a lot of time.
Information regarding the child nasal flu clinics will be advised soon.
General information about flu can be found here. It is important to note that antibiotics cannot be used for flu as it is caused by a virus and not by bacteria.
A new system of extracting patient medical information, from GP surgeries, has been proposed by the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) and NHS England on behalf of the NHS.
The data to be extracted from GP systems for the 'care.data' service includes personal confidential data such as date of birth, postcode, NHS number and gender, all required by the HSCIC.
The results are now available on the following link.

We Believe in Excellent Patient Service.
Where you feel you have received excellent service, please feel free to let me know. Its human nature to complain more readily than to make a compliment!
Where you feel you have received poor service, it’s important to let me know who let you down and why. All staff wear name badges and announce their names when answering phone calls.
I look forward to hearing your feedback.
