Grovelands Medical Centre will be undertaking Covid Spring Boosters this year. We have organized clinics for COVID Spring booster:
- 19th April – 14:00 to 19:00.
- 26th April – 14:00 to 19:00
- 3rd May – 14:00 to 19:00
We will be sending out text message invitations to all eligible patients with the link to book your appointment directly.
Criteria of eligibility is:
- Residents in a care home for older adults.
- All adults aged 75 years and over.
- Persons aged 12 to 74 years with immunosuppression
If we do not have your mobile and you are eligible, please contact the surgery to update us. If you do not have a mobile, we will help you book your appointment at the surgery.
Aside from that, there is no need to contact the surgery regarding this. Clinics and appointments will be available depending on vaccines deliveries.
We will be provided with GSK VidPrevtyn Beta Covid booster by NHSE.
For any queries or help with your COVID vaccinations, you can call 119. Lines are open Monday-Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 (including bank holidays), and on Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 16:00.
