We have organised further clinics at Grovelands Medical Centre on:
- Monday 28th November – 4.00pm – 5.00pm
- Tuesday 29th November – 4.00pm – 5.00pm
- Wednesday 30th November – 5.00pm to 7.30pm
- Friday 2nd December – 8.00am – 2.00pm
If you are eligible, you will have received a text message with a link to book your appointment directly.
If you do not have a mobile phone and you are eligible, please contact the surgery as soon as possible and we will help you to book an appointment. If we do not have your mobile number, please update us.
Criteria of eligibility is:
- Residents in a care home for older adults and staff working in care homes for older adults.
- Frontline health and social care workers.
- All adults aged 50 years and over.
- Persons aged 5 to 49 years in a clinical at-risk group.
- Persons aged 5 to 49 years who are household contacts of people with immunosuppression.
- Persons aged 16 to 49 years who are carers.
Clinical at-risk groups include:
- Lung, heart, kidney, liver & neurological diseases.
- Asthma and Chronic Respiratory diseases.
- Suppressed immunity.
- BMI of 40 or above.
- Severe mental illness.
- Asplenia or dysfunction of the spleen.
