From 2 February 2026, you will be able to book and manage your own X-ray appointments online. If your GP requests an X-ray, they will provide you with a booking link.
If you wish to book an appointment at West Berkshire Community Hospital, Royal Berkshire Hospital, Bracknell Healthspace, or Townlands Memorial Hospital, please use the link: https://swiftqueue.co.uk/royal_berkshire_radiology.php
You will be prompted to log in to Swiftqueue using the NHS App. If you do not already have the NHS App, you will be prompted to set this up. Once logged in via the NHS App, you will be automatically redirected back to Swiftqueue to access the appointment system.
If you need to book an appointment for a family member, you can do so after logging in by selecting “Add New Family Member.”
Please ensure all appointment details are correct and remember to click “Confirm” at the bottom of the page to complete your booking.
