New Pilot Testing at Our Surgery
We are pleased to let patients know that we are now piloting FebriDx testing kits at our surgery.
These quick finger-prick tests can help us identify whether an infection is more likely to be viral or bacterial, supporting your GP to make more informed decisions during your appointment.
As part of this pilot, some patients may be contacted and asked to arrive a little earlier than their scheduled appointment to have the test carried out. The result will then be available for your GP to discuss with you during your consultation.
