COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics
Dates:
Wednesday 8th, 15th & 22nd October 16:30 – 19:30
All eligible patients will receive an invitation – no need to call the surgery.
Flu Vaccination Clinics
Dates:
Saturday 11th & 25th October 09:00 – 12:30 & 13:00 – 16:00
All eligible patients will receive an invitation – no need to call the surgery.
Please Note:
Parking is very limited, so we kindly ask patients to arrange drop-off and pick-up where possible.
Autumn 2025 Covid Vaccine Eligibility:
- Adults aged 75 years and over
- Residents in care homes for older adults
- Individuals who are immunosupressed aged 6 months and over
Autumn 2025 Flu Vaccine Eligibility:
From 1st September 2025
- Pregnant women
- All children aged 2 and 3 years on 31st August 2025
- Children with certain long-term health conditions (aged 6 months to less than 18 years)
From 1st October 2025
- Everyone aged 65 years and over
- Individuals aged 18 to under 65 with certain long-term health conditions
- Care home residents
- Carers in receipt of carer’s allowance, or those who are the main carer of an elderly or disabled person
- Those living with people who are immunocompromised
- Frontline Health and Social care workers
